These Booking Conditions, together with our privacy policy, any other written information we brought to your attention before we approved your booking and where your holiday is booked via our website, conditions of use, our website terms, apply to your booking with as Oasis Travels, registered number with our registered office (“our”, “us” and “we”).

Please refer to these Booking Conditions thoroughly before making any bookings. References to “your” and “you” in these Booking Conditions indicates all persons listed on the booking (including anyone who is substituted or added at the following date) or any of them.

By making a booking, you accept on behalf of all persons listed on the booking that he/she:

  1. has gone through these Booking Conditions and has the authority to and does agree to be bound by them;
  2. consents to our use of personal data following our Privacy Policy and is authorized on behalf of all persons named on the booking to disclose their details to us, including where applicable, special categories of data (such as information on health or medical conditions and disabilities);
  3. is over 18 years of age;
  4. takes financial liability for payment of the booking on account of all persons listed on the booking.s

Packages that we arrange: where we merge and sell two or more various types of travel assistance to you for the same holiday or trip, such as a hotel and flight, or car hire or hotel, to create a package vacation, your agreement(s) will be with the principal(s) or supplier(s) on account of who we serve as an agent, but we will take responsibility for the performance of those agreements as a package organizer following the Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018 (“Package Travel Regulations”) and arrange financial protection for your package.

Section B initiates out the terms and conditions that will implement in extension to Section A when you book a package that we organize. SeeClause2 below for further details as to what includes a package and Section B, Clause 5 for details of how your package will be financially guarded.

Note: if after choosing and paying for one travel service, you then book additional travel services for your trip or holiday via our company, you will NOT benefit from the rights implementing to packages following the Package Travel Regulations and we will not be liable for the performance of individual travel services. When making your booking, we will prepare for you to enroll in a contract with each of the third party supplier(s) of your travel arrangements (such as tour car hire provider, car hire provider, operator, airline, cruise operator, car hire provider, and transfer provider) as defined on your booking agreement. Once we issue the booking confirmation, Your contract comes into existence.

Your booking with us is subject to these Booking Conditions and as well as those of the third party suppliers who have their terms and conditions which govern the services they provide and you’ll be bound by these.

In the case of any dispute between a supplier’s terms and conditions and these booking provisions, the supplier’s term or provision that collides with ours will take precession, unless it is considered under English law to be unenforceable or invalid, in which case the appropriate term or condition in our Booking Conditions will prevail. Some of our suppliers’ conditions may exclude or limit their obligation to you and, since they’ll apply to your contract with us, may also limit or exclude our liability to you. Suppliers’ terms and conditions are

often subjected to international conventions too, which restrict their (and our) liability. Copies of the related supplier’s terms and conditions and any relevant international conventions are obtainable on request.

As an agent, we take no responsibility for the omissions or acts of the suppliers or for the travel assistance given by them unless we are the organizer of your package holiday under the Package Travel Regulations, in which case we will accept responsibility for those travel services per Section B of these Booking Conditions.


Where we combine and sell to you two or more of the travel services specified below for the same trip or holiday, this will comprise a“Package” and we will take duty for the package as an “organizer” under the Package Travel Regulations as long as those travel services are: bought together from a single visit to our website and chosen by you before you agree to pay; or advertised, sold or charged by us at an whole or total price; or promoted or sold following the title “package” or a similar term. A core of our duties as an organizer is drafted in Section B of these Booking Conditions.

Note: Where we are the organizer under the Package Travel Regulations, we will still act as an agent about the travel services and you will have contracts with each of the suppliers of those travel services.

The travel assistance, two or more of which can form a Package, are:

  1. transport(e.g. flight);
  2. accommodation;
  3. rental of cars or other motor vehicles;
  4. any other tourist assistance not intrinsically part of one of the travel assistance in a. b. and c

Other tourist services: Kindly mark that where you have made a booking which consists of either, transport accommodation, or car rental, plus one or more “other tourist services” as explained at (d) above, according to the Package Travel Regulations this will only create a Package where the tourist services account for 25% or more of the value of the linked services or are promoted as, or otherwise describe, an essential feature of the Package.

Third-party packages: If we sell two or more travel services that have already been combined as a Package by a third-party tour operator or principle, the tour operator or principal will be the liable and organizer for your Package following the Package Travel Regulations.

Your booking approval will specify whether a Package has been bought and will recognize the party who is liable for your Package. See Section B for our responsibilities and liabilities when trading a Package as an organizer.


Bookings may be made online on our website or call on +1-877-340-1009 to travel agents at our agency premises. All bookings are subjected to availability at the time of booking. We do not assure you that any of the travel services that we promote, including on our website, will still be available at the moment of booking and once you have made a booking request, we will verify the availability of your preferred travel services to you. Where you schedule online, the order review email sent to you is NOT a contractual agreement of the supplier’s expertise to provide these travel assistance, it is an acknowledgment that we have received your offer, and should the travel services be available as detailed on our website then we will issue to you a booking confirmation which is when your contract with us comes into existence and you have entered into a legally binding agreement to purchase those travel arrangements subject to the supplier’s terms and conditions and these Booking Conditions.

You must ensure that all names listed in the booking confirmation are accurate as per the passports of the travelers in your party and that the travel itinerary accords with your requirements. Changes are rarely possible once flight tickets and other travel documents are issued, and alterations may incur additional charges. See Clause 6 regarding amendment fees and cancellation charges contract exits. Flight only: We offer financial protection for some (but not all) of our flight-only services. When you buy an ATOL-protected flight from us you will receive an ATOL Certificate. his records what is financially guarded, where you can receive information on what this implies for you, and who to communicate if things go wrong

Note: Flights that we sell as an authorized ticket agent for the airline are not protected. We will notify you at the time of booking about your flight is ATOL protected and further issue you with an ATOL Certificate. If you do not receive an ATOL Certificate, your flight will not be ATOL protected.

Flight package: Where we sell a flight package as an agent for the organizer, you will be protected by the organizer’s ATOL and the ATOL holder’s name and number will be detailed in your booking confirmation. Where we sell a flight package as an organizer, please refer to Clause 5 of Section B which will apply.
